Springhill Suites By Marriott Erie - Kearsarge

The queen suite was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating . The pool was closed, disappointing, and there were some issues with the sofa bed cleanliness that could use attention. It's a decent choice for a family stay, but there's room for improvement in certain areas.

It was a beautifully kept hotel in a calm area, next to restaurants, mall and restaurants. The rooms were cozy with refrigerator and microwave, the staff were exceptional. The location was magnificent and unbeatable and the room was fairly clean. You guys made my stay excellent.

The breakfast offers lots of cereals, fruit, muffins and fresh bread. A beautifully kept accommodation, would stay here again.

I loved the close proximity to the mall and other shopping. I loved the spaciousness of the suiteand I loved that a hot breakfast was offered

Clean room and 24-hour reception were great. Wi-fi was spotty .

Staff was very friendly, rooms and general public areas were clean as well as well stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, ironing board with iron, and coffee, service was excellent and family friendly, and the location was walking distance from shopping, restaurants an Thank you to all the staff for making my trip so pleasant.

There was nothing I did not like about the SpringHill Suites Erie.

The cleanliness level of the room and facilities was excellant. Also, that the exercise room was available 24/7 was a plus. Beds were comfortable, room was nicely designed and location was good as far as being near some stores and places for a bite to eat or a drink.

I didn't discover the black out blinds until 4:30 in the morning and up until then, my room was like daylight from the lights in the rear parking lot. Also, the ac was quite loud kicking on and off. I am a light sleeper so both of these caused me not to sleep very well.

Had a blast staying with my friends! We visited the local amusement park and checked out the nearby shopping area. The pool was nice, and the rooms were spacious enough for all of us. Just a heads up, the breakfast had decent options, but I wish there were more hot protein choices.

There was some noise outside our room at night, hard to get a good night's sleep.

The suites are very spacious and clean. It was easy to relax or to get some work done.

The breakfast was good, but it was much too crowded.

The most important thing about every motel or hotel we stay in is cleaniness of the room in particular and the rest of the faciltiy. The reason I picked the SpringHill Suites is because it was a new motel so I suspected it would be cleaner and it was certainly clean. Excellent job!! Also it is very important to have coffee all day long.

One thing I found was when trying to make reservations I went to two different sites on the internet and one of them said it was booked whereas the other one said we have two rooms available.

It was just a fitting option for a transient visit in Erie with very good value for money. They had two sealed plates in the microwave, which saved me from asking for utensils. Don't forget to bring cash if you like to tip.

Clean & well maintained room. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Loved being so close to the Mall & restaurants. We had planned to be there to swim in the lake but it rained so the Mall & restaurants were nice to have so close by.

We had a nice stay! The breakfast area was spotless and well-stocked, and the unique room layout felt cozy and intimate. The lobby's holiday decorations were a delightful touch!

The noise from outside made it hard to sleep well.

We had a lovely stay with a great breakfast selection and enjoyed the cozy pool area. The indoor pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day, and we appreciated the outdoor BBQ facilities as well. Just a heads up, the charging port by the bed didn’t work, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
